Third Eye Blind is so wonderful.
wow, this is difficult. i listen to a lot of different things and my tastes change quite frequently, so it’s difficult to say i listen to one specific genre or band more than another. however, i can say that third eye blind will always be my favorite, no matter what. stephan’s lyrics are incredibly beautiful and evoke such strong sensations. i will always always always come back to third eye blind. aside from that, i’ve grown to love man overboard a significant amount, so i can call them a recent favorite. city & colour will forever hold a spot in my heart for the number of times i’ve listened to bring me your love and the number of times it has made me sob, but dallas writes beautifully nonetheless. if we’re talking old school, first ever favorite band? good charlotte, no doubt. i’ve gotten so much crap from my friends for my “gc phase” but come on, i was really into it and they helped me find other music and develop a better taste i guess, haha. taking back sunday and brand new deserve mentions as well for what they did for me in my younger teenage years, but obviously now as well. death cab deserves a mention, also. essentially, i can’t pick three.
